Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the problem with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
2.1 Credits are deducted from your account balance when an AI generation task begins, not when the output is delivered.
2.2 Credits do not expire while your account remains active.
2.3 Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts.
2.4 Subject to Section 1 and Section 3, purchased credits are non-refundable. This is because credits give access to a digital service that begins immediately upon use.
2.5 If your account is closed at your request, unused credits will not ordinarily be refunded. If exceptional circumstances apply, contact us and we will assess your request on its merits.
3.1 If a generation fails before completing due to a technical error on our part, the credits consumed will be automatically restored to your account within 24 hours.
3.2 Automatic restoration applies to: server-side processing failures, AI Provider outages, or generation jobs that time out before producing any output.
3.3 Restoration does not apply where generation completed but you are dissatisfied with the artistic quality, as AI generation results are inherently variable.
3.4 If credits are not restored within 24 hours of a confirmed technical failure, contact jacques@colorcraft-ai.com with the relevant generation reference.
4.1 Digital coloring page files (PDF downloads) are made available for immediate download upon generation. Because the content is created specifically for you and delivered immediately, it is a personalised digital good.
4.2 EU and UK 14-day withdrawal right. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK legislation, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital content contracts. However, this right does not apply where the consumer has expressly consented to the content being supplied before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal as a result. At checkout, before each generation task begins, we ask you to confirm: "I agree to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day withdrawal right once generation begins."
4.3 For defective or inaccessible downloads (corrupt, blank, or unopenable file), contact jacques@colorcraft-ai.com within 7 days of generation. We will restore the file, regenerate at no additional credit cost, or provide a credit refund.
5.1 Physical books are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partner Lulu Press, Inc. (United States).
5.2 If your physical book arrives damaged, with significant print defects, or incorrectly assembled, you are entitled to a replacement book or a full refund of the book purchase price, at your choice.
5.3 To claim for a damaged or defective book:
5.4 Where a return is required due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
5.5 Physical book orders are custom-printed to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not limit your rights under the ACL in respect of major failures.
5.6 If your book does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate with Lulu and arrange a replacement or refund.
6.1 Digital downloads and credits: Contact jacques@colorcraft-ai.com within 7 days of the relevant generation date.
6.2 Physical books: Contact jacques@colorcraft-ai.com within 14 days of receiving the book.
6.3 Include: your account email, order or generation reference number (if available), a description of the issue, and for physical books, photographs of the damage.
6.4 We will acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 10 business days.
